1. Who we are

2. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you use ecoheads.com.au and when you buy from us through this website. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.
If you have a separately signed agreement with us, such as a distribution agreement or a wholesale supply agreement, that agreement applies to purchases made under it and prevails over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy and Product Warranty form part of these terms.
3. Who can buy from this website
This website is intended for professional salon and trade customers buying for their business. It is not intended for personal or household shoppers.
By ordering you confirm that you are buying for a business, and that you have authority to place the order for that business.
4. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Until then we may decline your order or cancel it, for example if a product is out of stock, if a price or description was published incorrectly, or if we cannot verify your details. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST for orders delivered within Australia. The price payable is the price shown at checkout at the time you order.
Orders delivered outside Australia may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country. Unless we tell you otherwise at checkout, these are your responsibility.
Payment is taken at the time you order, through our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Australia and to Europe. Processing times, delivery timeframes and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. They depend on the courier network and, for international orders, on customs clearance.
Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Returns, refunds and faulty products
Our Returns and Refund Policy sets out how returns work, including the period in which you may return a product if you change your mind and the conditions that apply.
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ecoheads.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant. We will assess it and arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
8. Product warranty
Our products carry a one year warranty from the date of purchase for products bought through this website, on the terms set out in our Product Warranty.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
10. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with buying our products, learning about them and contacting us.
You must not use this website in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected with it, introduce anything malicious, or use automated tools to copy or extract its content without our written permission.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the website, or any part of it, at any time. We try to keep it available but we do not promise it will always be available or uninterrupted.
11. Our content
The content on this website, including text, images, video, logos, product names and design, is owned by 2B1K Imports Pty Ltd or licensed to us.
You may view it, and print or download a reasonable number of pages, for your own business use in connection with buying or using our products. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt or commercially exploit it without our written permission. If you would like permission, email info@ecoheads.com.au.
12. Information on this website
We work to keep product information, specifications and pricing accurate and current. Some information, such as claims about performance, depends on the conditions in which a product is used.
If we discover that a product was listed with an incorrect price or description, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
13. Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on this website at the time you place it. The date at the top tells you when these terms last changed.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the courts of New South Wales and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live.
